I was pretty impressd with how easy to setup on the internet at Weatherdirect.com. The only issue that I found is that the outsite temp is not displayed unless you press the Snooze button, and the speakers vibrate a bit when the volume is high. Great idea, poor execution. My dislikes include1) the gateway piece that you have to plug into your router. Why can't the weather station simply use the wifi signal that's already in my house? Instead, I have to plug this gateway piece into my router AND it requires a power source which takes up another 110v outlet AND it hums and buzzes and gets hot. Additionally, my gateway failed and replacing costs $30-$40. 2)the outdoor temperature is not displayed. Arguably, the outdoor temperature is the one piece of information you want the most often from a weather station. However, on this model, you have to push a the snooze button to see the outdoor temperature. And, the button is situated such that I have to pick up the weather station and push the button with both thumbs simultaneously just to get the outdoor temperature. 3)setup is a big pain.
